Heroin Not much effects after snorting Heroin

I snorted half a bag of heroin, first time doing heroin (second time but first time wasnt serious) but I've done hydrocodone before so I know what Heroin should somewhat feel like, BUT after snorting two lines I didn't feel anything at all. I know its good and real because my other friend who did one of the bags we got puked and fell asleep after he snorted it.

Does anyone know why?

The two bump size were ===== each, and my monitor is a 14 inch 720p monitor.

It could be anything your sure you both did lines from the exact same bag? The first one i think of is mabye a few bag were cut too much from the additives not being evenly distrubuted with the dope when it was cut.
It could also be you are taking a medication that can lessen effects from opiates.

Did it taste nice? Its hard to describe but it should taste bitter but a strong good bitterness shouldn't taste bad and you should feel the drip going nicely down your throat if you did a fat rail. The best way is to sbort multile small bumps spaced out over a few minutes each line until you are satisfied with the amount you have done. This way it all gets absorbed in the nasal cavity and doesnt drip since swallowing heroin is a very wasteful route of administration.
But it should still get you high if it drips i dont know what to say its the name of the game its hit or miss with heroin some days its fire then another time you get a bunk bag. Its not pharmacutical painkillers its a street drug cut with god knows what by people looking to make a fast buck.
