Heroin Not getting high, am I doing it wrong?

I rarely even get the itches after shooting H and if I take too much I pass out. I’ve tried literally 20 different vendors on the dnet with solid reviews. I usually shoot 40mg H and often accompany with 20-40mg meth. I’ve tried smoking it many times and obviously that didn’t do more than IV. I understand the issue with the other shit mixed in with it but I feel like there should be a place between feeling nothing and passing out. I once read H was like a 4 hour orgasm and could not have been more disappointed when I started trying it around a year ago.

Are you even certain its heroin you're shooting? Have you had it tested? Its likely it could be fentanyl mixed with other sedatives, and fentanyl is potent but nowhere near as euphoric as other opiates, specifically heroin.

I’m not sure but I’ve tried many vendors with solid reviews so at least some of em have to have been. I’m talking like 20+ diff batches

Occasionally I’ll get the itches and feel it a little but most of the time it’s either hardly noticeable or pass out. Doesn’t seem to be any middle ground and I’m very positive my experiences haven’t even come close to a weak orgasm, let alone a 4 hour one

I second everything you've said and will add that after 19 years of IV heroin and one shitty year of dirty 30's, the two are like polar opposite highs. I never actually got high off fent. No euphoria, none of the feel goods that heroin delivered. Just a fucking waste of my time and $$. still caught a habit. I wouldn't trust any buy off the dnet, sterling reviews or not. How difficult to post bogus reviews? Too much room for error. I'm nearly 3 years off all opiates and just in time. Had Fent not fucked up everything, I might still be struggling.

Also, how you experience opiates is unique to you. I never got itchy, my deceased (OD) boyfriend couldn't stop. If you haven't caught a habit, consider stopping now. It never ends well.

Idk what you were smoking but you can def smoke brown on the east coast at least back around 2014

The last time I smoked East Coast heroin was in 2004 and it burned smelled like crap and produced no euphoric effect or any affect at all. It didn't melt like the fentanyl does nowadays when you smoke it

Pretty tough to fake that many good reviews for a dozen vendors. I drug tested myself and am positive for H so at least some of em are it. I think I must be dopamine depleted.
