Not dry, clumps like crazy?

I don't buy coke too often, but this time around me and a buddy bought a G that looks like crap. My fault for trying to get some on such short notice and not finding the best dealer. Basically this stuff clumps like crazy, tried to chop it into fine powder but it just won't get that fine. It's wet or something. What is the proper way to try to dry it out even more?

Edit: Hmm, looks like the best bet is just to let it sit out, no magic tricks.

Edit 2: Layed it out on my glass desk and am using a desk lamp to dry it. Works perfectly, fits directly over the pile, like an inch off of it.

Coke is highly hygroscopic.....meaning it absorbes moisture from the air. You need to be very careful of how your coke is stored so that no moisture will be absorbed. I literally have seen a line of coke sitting on a hard flat surface outside at night(in tx where it was really humid) and left the line sitting there for 15 minutes.....and when we looked back down it was just a line of liquid. Seriously....it looked like yellowish water.

SO if you say your coke seems "wet", then it probably is and I would reccomend letting the moisture evaporate like you said you tried(under the lamp) or you could possible microwave it. I know that microwaving "chewy" heroin makes it much "crunchier" and easier to chop up, so it would probably work for coke. I dont know if it would damage the coke at all though, so you might wanna look into that first. I would do it in like 5-10 second intervals until its "dry".

Um, so my lamp was like an inch up from the pile and I didn't realize how hot the bulb gets. It looks like the coke started to melt?? Still some clumps and a lot of 'goo'. The fuck? Like I said, I've only done it a handful of times and this is one of the first times I've bought it, yet something tells me it shouldn't have turned into goo in 20 mins?

I really dont know if thats normal because I dont know anyone who has done what you are doing. So maybe leaving cocaine under a hot lamp for a long time could make it "melt"....I dont know. You could possibly have horribly cut coke. Who knows.

I would just get your coke from a more reputable dealer next time.

Is their a correlation between good coke and it being clumpy? Recently I had some coke that was clumpy and was hard to chop up, it was some good shit!

Well it's not so much that it was clumpy, it was that it stuck to itself. It was impossible to turn into fine powder. We did everything we could and it would not turn fine grain.

But more importantly, how/why did my coke just 'melt' under heat from a regular desk lamp after no more than 20 minutes?

in my experience....the best cocaine is "pearly"(shiny) and breaks apart in TINY miniature "shards" that give the coke a "fluffy" look.

OP, the same thing happened to me once too...ended up with coke that sounds like it was similar to yours. I left it sitting in the kitchen where it was cool with windows open for a couple hours and it was usable...definitely NOT good coke, but that was all it seemed to need to help with the texture. It was still a little off, I'm guessing its the cut.

Yeah the consistancy it is right now makes me think it will never get remotely back to even that crappy fluffy stuff. Just gummed a tiny tiny bit and it numbed pretty good. Oh well, that's what I get trying to find stuff in a hurry.
