Misc Not abusing DXM and connot sleep?

So a few days ago I took DXM. Later tonight I had a bad cough and took one big gulp of it, I feel physicly tired and my eyes are heavy but my eyes keep opening and my mind is racing:/ wtf..how do i get rid of this
 
You'll just have to wait it out. Try and slow down your mind, lie there and relax.

Being on the internet probably isn't helping you sleep.
 
You won't get rid of it by posting an off-topic thread in this forum.
