Not a Pill Report- Chew or swallow pills??

i love caps, ive found with the caps i have (from vitamin c bought overseas) take exactly 15 mins to kick in, so i drop the cap 20 mins b4 i wanna be peakin.

I bite the pill into little pieces, say about 8 (I have sharp teeth) then swallow it. The only time I chewed a pill was a GreenCU and the bitterness was enough to put me off chewing forever.
Pluggin is my next venture!
