Not a drug testing question.. but just wondering about ROA and drug testing..

Any drug but Opana for example...Okay if Opana has 10% oral BA but 60% nasal BA. If drug tested somehow would the dr be able to tell... would more of the drug be in your system? How would it appear? This question might be dumb as shit but I am wondering...
 
I doubt a doctor has an accurate enough test to detect such "levels". I don't think ROA has anything to do with it really.

I'm not an expert tho
