NOT 5-meo-dalt

Must be a typo. The GM/CS part says it's 5-MeO-DiPT. That's sort of funny, since the vendor/supplier replaced the legally safe chem with a scheduled chem (at least in the U.S.).

Are you sure? I don't see how or why a vendor would substitute a very cheap chemical with a semi-expensive chemical.
 
Now when I look the GC/MS section says 5-MeO-DALT. Earlier, the sample two image said 5-MeO-DiPT after "GC/MS:"

I'm not exactly sure what's happening here but the information each of us has seen must have been different at different times (it's been edited throughout the night). That must be why this thread was posted despite the fact that it now appears to be pointless.
 
yeah it was a mistake. I contacted them about the error, here's what Earthe had to say about it over on d-f

It was my error, I apologize. 5MeO-DIPT and 5MeO-DALT are next to each other in the select list for the admin side of ecstasydata and I clearly just screwed that up, sorry about the confusion I've corrected the problem. The sample was 5-MeO-DALT, confirmed against an analytical standard from team shulgin and matching the mass spec from sasha's material from years ago.

ok - now the confusion over the two samples has been cleared up - thanks

the point remains the same. A vendor distributed a product as 5-meo-dalt that was not said compound. the true blame may be on the vendor or the supplier or the lab - who knows.

people should be aware that if they have supposed 5-meo-dalt it might not be and should consider disposing of it or at least testing it. (sounds like it might be 4-FMC)
 
I had some of the batch where effects were pretty much nil up to the 40mg level, but over that..70 to 100mg..very nice. It was a definite tryptamine body buzz and the effects were pretty much what many on erowid experienced, the effect profile of the 4-FMC just didn't fit.. it wasn't a stimulant or amp either. Who knows why such wide variations in dosage are being reported with 5-meo-dalt.
