Hello,
One year ago, I had a car accident and got a fracture of L2, since this accident I always have pain in this area. Acetaminophen doesn't help much, NSAID have no effect and I can't have narcotic analgesics so I was wondering about this ointment called Nostrix which contain Capsaicin, the irritant found in hot peppers. I think the mechanism of action of Capsaicin is not direct but would act by producing natural endorphin. Actually I'm not sure but I'd like to know if anyone tried it and if it works good.
I would also accept any other advice to help me to manage the pain.
