Nose bleeds after methamphetamine/amphetamine use

This has been occurring the past few weeks. I am a regular methamphetamine user. This also occurred after using high doses of vyvanse.
I have been having nose bleeds.
I notice this happening usually the next day after using. It has happened a majority of the times ive used the last few weeks.
Blood doesn't actually come out of my nose. It is more like it is seeping. My snot will be filled with blood and all inside my nostrils will be caked with dried blood.
It bothers me because I never snort it. I am an IV user and occasionally smoke.
Could this potentially be the sign of a serious problem? I know meth use can cause aneurysms and bleeding in the brain.
Does anyone know what the cause of this could be? And should I be concerned?

If you were a regular snorter, it would mean nothing. The fact that you're not could possibly indicate a real problem but not necessarily; you could just be dehydrated from the crank and so your nose is drying out (let's hope). Otherwise it's could be the result of a number of severe side effects that the meth is having on your body but not to worry. Anything serious will quickly develop more symptoms than nose bleeds. Report back if your teeth start falling out or your skin starts rotting off... (note: I'm a regular user of coke and only an occasional user of the poor man's girl so other's may have better insight).
