Noscapine dosage?

Looking into trying this as I have reason to believe its available OTC in Peru. I've seen its name thrown around with other dissociatives, and it appears to have some kind of potential.

That having been said there is very little on it and a search on BL here revealed little to no dosage info.

Any thoughts
 
Well, first I'd make yourself aware of anything else included in the tablet (other painkillers like Paracetamol, Ibuprofen etc) due to large doses being damaging and potentially fatal.
Also check the doses of Noscapine in the tabs.
I really have no idea about dosages for a "recreational experience". The only thing I can suggest is to start small and work your way up. Keep safe ;)
 
First poaster, I've been thinking bout that and I've found that most pills here are easily ID'd online by a number on the back. So there is that.

Simply because its out there. Firstly I eager to find something even resembling Dissociation. My pet frog ordered some 4-meo-pcp, but thats not here yet.

The fact is I enjoy trying all sorts of things. And at this current point in time I am at a bit of a gap. In a week I have the kitchen to myself and will be cooking up san pedro. But for now, I eager to look outside the box.

And to the 3rd poaster also: I've read about some areas where this cough syrup is abused akin to DXM... which has me saying hmmmmm....

Well, seeing as the OP is either IN or going to Peru - you would have thought so.

The last thing on my mind if I was over ther would be if I cold buy this.
 
Firstly dont call em/us poor saps. DXM is, to date, my favorite thing ever. And I never took it cause it was cool, I took it cause I liked it. Some people do some dont, doesnt mean it is the same for everybody.

Secondly I preferred DXM Pills :)

And thirdly I just happen to have a strong interest in the dissociative field. Sure there are other things I can do, and I'll get around to them. But I happen to have an interest in the small things too. I find it interesting how just because something may not be the best thing ever, people think its odd to try it.

I've tried a lot of stuff that I would say wasnt great, but certainly I feel I'm glad I can say I've given it a fair chance. You never know what will please you.
 
What exactly is a Noscapine experience like anyway? It can't be that good or there'd be threads all over the bull-in-the-china-shop :\
 
Yeah i dont see a lot of stuff on it. Which questions me into wondering what effects it has, if anything at all.

But that is why we try things no?

Seems hard to come across here. The pharmacies just seem to want to hand out codeine for a cough straight away.
 
You're still lucky. They hand out Pholcodine here which has no recreational value. Though we still have DXM.
 
Yeah apparently in Peru DXM and this Noscapine are neither very popular for cough treatment. In most cases they just hand out Codeine. Which I was more than pleased with that offering. Plus they dont flood their caps with APAP so I didnt even have to do a CWE for a bunch of Codeine.
 
About to try it

I'm from holland, where my doctor prescribed it to me, tough it's otc here and i don't need a prescription per se. So i looked it up and saw that it could be intereasting, so now i'm considering taking a high dose. Anyway i was also looking for dosage information and this thread is the most useful i have found so far: www.bluelight.ru/vb/archive/index.php/t-336588.html After reading this i think i'll start with 100mg then 150mg and if it's interesting i might try 200mg if i'm convinced that it is safe. I have to say that i'm only 16 years old and weigh around 45 kilo's, but i've also tried DXM and like 10 other HD's. So you don't have to worry about my experience, but does anyone know when it becomes dangerous for my brain?
