Normal to throw up on DXM ?

So I drunk a 100 ml bottle of DXM robitussin cough syrup (30ml DXM) today . After about an hour I threw up all of the contents in my stomach (cough syrup and some cordial)
Is it normal to throw up on DXM ?
Did I lose much of the effect because of this ?
 
yes, fairly normal for some people. i only did it a handful of times, but a friend i did it with occasionally spewed every time.
and you may have decreased the effects a little, but i think it depends when you vomited. if you puke after it kicks in, i think the loss is minimal.
 
when I used to do dxm a lot, yeah throwing up is almost part of the ritual of dxm tripping!

the key is to hold it in for at least 45mins-1hr,

then u can chuck up as much as u want by then, cuz ur stomach would of absorbed all that you need to have a goood time :)

remember after chugging down the dxm, drink something citric, like orange juice etc

I forgot how it works exactly, but I know, somehow the acidic in the juices, reacts with the dxm and makes it work better etc :)
 
You wanna make sure your buying a bottle without guannifesen (sp?)

I used to chug DXM alot back in the day sometimes made me feel sick but never actually yacked from it, smoking some bud takes it to a whole new level.
 
Yeah I discovered a few hours after I drank it that I drank the wrong One , I had the green box not the blue box . Which I suppose explained why the trip was shit , although I still kinda enjoyed myself lol , thanks for the info guys

Oh lordy, that would've sucked.

I can't even begin to describe how revolting that Robitussin couch syrup tastes to me. I'd rather drink a bottle of vodka straight than even a quarter of a bottle of that disgusting stuff.
 
Can't say I've ever puked from it, my friend's done it a few times, he said the 2nd time he did 600mg he felt like puking, but he didn't.
But I can feel the liquid in my tummy for like 30 minutes, feels ewwwww

Yes it did lol , more so the fact I was so excited to have a trip , and the fact I just moved states and have no access to drugs , after years of being a daily drug user / drinker .
I found it tasted ok lol , easy to drink all down in one go . I'm gonna try the blue one at a later date , I don't think I'll be getting a cold any time soon -.-

Never had the determination to even try doing DXM. I hate the taste of cough syrup so very much...

When some friends were doing it one of them power chucked all over the wall. It was like a thick stream of liquid that shot out at surprising force. He tried to get outside but ended up coating the walls before he could manage...glad it wasn't my house.
 
DXM is horrible shit. My last experience I had 500mg roughly, ended up vomiting for around 4 hours whilst having an anxiety attack from the shit, and I don't even have anxiety at all.
Ended up blacking out on the toilet bowl haha, lucky my girlfriend was there to help me out otherwise I would have been fucked.
Most terrify experience I've had to date, and I usually trip every second weekend.
 
I would rather drink that evil stuff called ethanol than DXM now that im old enough to buy it :) DXM is some nasty stuff bro get some LSD
 
Yeah I dont understand why anyone would even want to trip on it, its a great potentiator for codeine or other mild opies but thats about it. If you want to have a psychedelic trip do some common ones like LSD, shrooms or even DMT if ur game enough. Once u try any of those ones u will start to wonder what the hell u were thinking haha
 
origionally i was gonna use it on codeine , but then i didnt have enough money :/ so i just bought the DXM cause i wanted to try something new . the only reason i wanted to try this for a trip , is because i moved states and have no access to LSD or DMT which i have done before and love , no access to anything not even weed . so i think im just gonna stick to codeine and alcohol/cigarettes until i can find some weed around this new area . and maybe try the proper DXM if im feeling spontaneous . and sustanon , i was thinking i just want to feel trip effects lol which it slightly did anyway and it was half decent , but not wreally worthit IMO .
 
What is with everyone bagging DXM? Just because you do/don't like something, it doesn't mean that's how everyone feels.
I find DXM to be much more "psychedelic" than LSD, although they both do completely different things. DXM isn't a psychedelic, it's a dissociative, whereas LSD is a psychedelic.
LSD colours the drawing on your canvas, and DXM gives you a whole new canvas.
And I don't understand everyone talking about DMT as if it's going to blow your mind. You don't have to smoke it in large doses, a smaller dose of DMT can have a similar (whilst remaining as unique as any other drug) feeling to LSD or shrooms, and drinking DMT/Ayahausca is a very different feeling to smoking DMT.

It was really getting on my nerves.
For my friend he says DXM is one of the most spiritual things he has done, more introspective than mushrooms.

For me, it feels like my mind is getting raped, feels like a night of getting drunk, except I do it alone.

Agree X 100000. Try the DXM pills (if you can get them) they are far, far better ;)
 
Hold your nose and chug like theres no tomorrow, I hate how I feel scattered and brain dead the day after DXM makes you wonder wether it is worth it or not.
