norepinephrine replenishment

i could not find a thread on this. i know this may sound naive but i'm assuming that as norepinephrine is a neurotransmitter and is a key element in an amphetmine high, that it is used up by the body and needs to replenish.

questions:
how is it used up? (ie from a high dose of mdma your seratonin will not be satisfactorily replenished for a while whereas with things like amphetamine sulphate, dopamine is fairly difficult to kill in comparison)

how long does it take to replenish to a degree where one can get a desirable high?

and what supplements/food/actions can one use to speed up this process (eg. tryrosine (dopamine)

drops in dopamine levels are more responsible for unpleasant comedown feelings. i'd focus more on that, although low norepinephrine levels have been linked to depression. maybe take a drug with NA reuptake inhibitor properties, eat meats and dairy, and l-tyrosine can be made into both dopamine and norepinephrine, so take some of those supplements.

i'm less interested in comedown feelings and more interested in gaining a better high. but thanks :) and i take l-tyrosine daily, is this damaging longterm?

^ if norepinephrine was more responsible for amphetamine's euphoria, wouldn't the levo-isomer be more desired than the dextro-isomer...

NA has great effect on the stimulant effects, but dopamine is responsible for the euphoria. NA is the main reason people get anxiety from amphetamines and cocaine, its not euphoric.
