Hello there. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, and in the process received some Norco, A mix of Acetaminophen and Hydro-Codone. I'm in immense pain due to an unrelated oral surgery, and am looking to remove some of the Acetaminophen from the Hydrocodone for a more effective painkiller without the risk of Acetaminophen related complications. I've read this should be a simple process, but for obvious reasons I'd like to get this done as soon as possible, and am "new" enough to be confused as to how these processes work. Could someone direct me to, or explain the process of separating these two compounds?
Edit: as an afterthought, is there a risk associated with the nasal inhalation of the Acetaminophen over simply ingesting it? At what dosage could the Acetaminophen become dangerous per weight?
