norco sysytem

I need to have norco in my system on tuesday for my pain management doctor on tuesday, friday i had 6 7.5's, yesterday i had 2 and today i had 1...i have just 1 left if i take my now will it show up in my system on tuesday? need to be ready for a surprise test
