I hurt my hand badly in a bicyle accident, i went to urgent care at 7:00 pm, got no xray but I did get a small wrap/splint. I got a script 30 norco 10/325. I am fillin that tonight. Tomarrow I go to an appointment I made previously set from a hand surgeon , and I am going to ask for xray etc.
Would it be better to tell the hand surgeon that I just got the handwrap / splint from urgent care yesterday, but not mention anything about getting meds from it. Or not to mention the urgent care place at all, and come to the appointment Unwrapped/splinted. Or Go to the appointment splinted but say the wrap was mine from home. I dont know if it against the RULES to be asking this, because I don't know if it is illegal if she does not ask If I have gotten a script already? Or will it be moot point since she will most likley check.
-----
Will this hand surgeon know I just got a script , and if not, and she does per-say give me another script, can i go to a pharmacy and fill that script also. Does the pharmacy matter?
Is it illegal if I said I did not receive meds from urgent care? Red flags show up at the doc or pharmacist that I go to.
Also will i risk getting a "drug " seeker stamp on my record/legal charges?
I DO NOT WANT TO DO ANYTHING AGAINST THE LAW.
But at the same time two scripts for norcos wouldn't hurt
