Nootropics in the Netherlands? (piracetam aka nootropil, etc)

i live in the netherlands and was wondering if anyone knew if its possible to get piracetam or anything of the like without a prescription? ive heard that you can only get it through prescription, but im not entirely sure.
if so, where can i get it?
if not, could i be prescribed piracetam as an alternative to an amphetamine? i know its prescribed for something like convulsions i think...

ast question: in america (where i used to live) you could get it without prescription. could i get it sent to me by a friend? he sends me a box a month with different american things, things i cant get here, or things which are too expensive here. ive gotten omega-3 capsules and a big vitamin C shit sent from him with no problems, could he send some piracetam to me? would it be a problem since its technically only available through prescription? its technically NOT in a prescription bottle, and he doesnt really know. not trying to put anyone at risk here, which is why i ask.

I don't see a problem with your friend sending it. I also send many vitamins to Holland myself for my father (three times as expensive there).

Worst case scenario is customs takes it, but I doubt it.

I would research the laws in your area and do some research on where you can acquire it.

Though piracetm is a beneficial supplement, it's become a prescription in many places so I'm afraid I have to shut this down as we can't allow sourcing for it. Chances are you should not have much trouble.
