Ok i know I'm gonna get takin the piss but here goes a question for the good old reliable bluelight knowledgeable peeps from the good old seroquel sniffer.

My vendor said the main window is generally within 6–12 hours.

What does that mean?

I am not sure but probably it means the most noticable effects of something are after 6 hours since taking it peak lasts another 6. Than it wears off.
Maybe i am wrong.
