Noofen (Phenibut) from Ukraine, Russia

The medicine is produced in Russia as a 250mg pack of 20 tablets. Do you think that this medicine is more potent than Phenibut OTC or is it probably the same stuff ? Thanks.

That's not much at all, doses are huge.

Never done phenibut, but I'd take half of those and see how I felt.

I wouldn't. I take about 1000mg for a slight buzz and mood lift through the day.
