noob questions what do you guys think?

so my 1st time rolling was last week n it was the shit i fucking loved it, popped 6 2 by 2 and it was amazing but now my friends are like totally tripping about me doing more like completely against me XDXD all the time about it, i did a whole bunch of research on it like ALOT n now i understand y i felt like shit the following 2 dayz lolz so during my research i found ways to help the coming down of it u guys know, load a week of a whole bunch of supplements and shit and then do it should help you, but will that really work? like really? n its no big deal if i keep rolling right? i fucking love it i just dont wanna b 2 fucked up, what u guys think :S

You should look at

5htp to regulate your serotoin
Piracetam to boost brain function
Vit C to help with the toxic side effects of MDMA

I dont know if you took six rolls in your experience but taking that many pills for your first 'roll' is way too many. Space out your rolls (the longer the break the better) and if you can, test your pills.

Yea I like Omega 3 fish oil, 5 HTP (for just about a week post roll), and a QUALITY Multi Vitamin. This paired up with eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise will help refuel your mind and body.

Ultimately you should give it a nice break. From the sounds of things you are wanting to do it again, now. That wouldn't be wise. Try to relish the time you had and move forward, in a month or two give it another go. If you get in the habit of doing it more and more you will get caught in the loop and have big time problems for a long period of time.

Also, not to be a dick but those pills had to be shit if you took 6 your first time and actually enjoyed it. I took 150mg my first time and was completely floored (couldn't talk etc) for like 45 minutes, so 6 would have been UGLY. With that being said, make sure you test your pills because next time you roll (given the pills are clean) you will NOT need 6. 2-3 TOPS should suffice. Good luck and be safe.
 
Like boltfan909 said, if you took 6 pills your first time and enjoyed it, they must have been some pretty awful/weak pills. You are lucky that there weren't some adulterants in there in significant amounts or it could have turned out badly. Did you test your pills? It doesn't matter if you get it from a trusted source, make sure you test so that you can be absolutely sure you aren't putting yourself at further risk than need be and to put your mind at ease.

It is an absolutely wonderful experience, but to hold on to those feelings and repeat it, GIVE YOURSELF TIME. At least a month or more, with plenty of fruits and vegetables, and cardio exercises.

As for the supplements, like the above posters said, 5-HTP (wait 2 days post-roll to take, or it can be toxic, I read somewhere here on BL), Omga 3( (Fish Oil), and multivitamin. I'd say that is the basics of it. I also recommend magnesium (chelated form), piracetam, , green tea extracts (potent antioxidant), and milk thistle (to cleanse your liver, from your rolls as well as all these supplements, which in excess can be harmful to your liver.

Take time off, exercise, eat healthy, and take the supplements. Roll your balls off. Repeat, repeat.

I agree with the others. :) You probably wont feel nearly as shitty the next couple days if you don't eat quite so many pills. Less is generally more with ecstasy. Have fun and be safe. :)
 
Thanks guys that was very helpful i really appreciate it, i took 6 over a period of maybe 6-7 hours, 2 every 2 hrs maybe... maybe they weren't that strong like you guys said, i thought my boy was a pro n had good shit, still had an awesome time XD. I workout alot and like food and nutrition is what i do so ill keep that up and give it like 2 or 3 more weeks be4 i do it again, thanks guys:)
