Noob question about Endocet

Found some yellow oval pills with a 10/325 on one side and E712 on the other.

I have taken various forms of oxycodone and acetaminophin (What I believe is generally called percocet) with no side effects.. But I am slightly confused as to what the difference between Endocet and percocet.. and since I could take percs with no side effects, is it safe to take this endocet. Thanks.
 
It's oxycodone 10 325 APAP. I used to get the Endocet 7.5s on the bottle it said "generic for percocet 7.5".. There is no difference just the name. Enjoy.
