Non recreational drugs you love!

(prefaced by: I've never done opiates)

But fuck what people say about heroin feeling good; when I wake up with a just bloody mental god-awfully fucking miserable hangover-headache; the feeling that follows th drinking a pint of water and taking 3-4 ibuprofen, getting right back in bed and finally falling into real painless hydrated sleep, not alcohol induced stupor...

maybe thats a stretch, but I feel like its one people can relate to.. come on, you've had that hangover too.

I guess headaches, toothaches and inflammation. At least that's just about the only things I've used them for. Its the Ibuprofen with Hydrocodone that really works.

Headaches are very complicated to relieve (but it works for small Headaches)

In my case I absolutely need to take Sumatriptan for my periodical very strong Headaches

Ibuprofen for toothaches and inflammation is perfecs

Where do you get cyclobenzeprine OTC? That's flexeril, right? I have gotten prescribed this before, but didn't think it was otc.. If I am wrong I will praise god since I have horrible muscle spasms and shit. Hmm.

It's not OTC, you're right. But I would consider in non recreational.

Ibuprofen- Excellent for taking away aches/pains/fever.
And yes,
Afrin- Exceptional for reducing stuffiness. But, someone I know once developed quite the habit, as the rebound stuffiness was even worse than the original. He was up to like 20 sprays a day, so be careful!

Indeed, it is a balance. Don't get hooked. :D

i take clonidine for hbp but i have no idea what the effects of it are as a drug

Well it's used alot for opioid withdrawal. It helps the hot/cold flashes, rushes of blood pressure you get during withdrawals, sweating and since it causes sedation it can help you sleep.

Taken by itself you take the regular dose (no more then 0.1mg's) and you get the usual side effects such as sedation, dizziness if you stand up to quick and just a overall feeling of groggynesss. This is not always a bad thing during opioid withdrawal :\

When you take it orally or if your really desperate IV with a opioid it increases the overall sedation, nod, rush of the IV injection and overall euphoria.

I dunno, good question. Ketoprofen is basically prescription strength Ibuprofen but I'm not sure its more powerful

Chemically different entities, but basically the same molecular target. Milligram-per-milligram, I think ketoprofen is more powerful, but there's probably some equivalence ratio you could use to get equal effects.

1. Sumatriptan: Takes away my migraines that otherwise would keep me bed ridden with all light blocked out.

2. Hydroxyzine: Anxiety and sleep

3. Ibuprofen: minor pain

Ipuprofen for minor pain

benadryl for potentiating opiates and to sleep

visine for getting the red out

Neurontin and tramadol aren't controlled substances so count those if you want

May I ask why?

I had a particularly bad reaction to provigil+4-aco-mipt. There was a lot of physical tension a pounding headache, worrying tinnitis, and a lot of nausea. I had used the 4-aco-mipt probably 15 times prior and at higher doses without incident. Not something I am eager to repeat...
