Paint stripper?
Theres so many different kinds out there man. A common one, Dichloromethane, is a non polar solvent but you wanna be sure of the purity.
Same goes for another common paint stripper, Nitromethane but that one is highly polar so no go. Dimethyl sulfoxide is the only other stripper solvent I can think of off the top, but again its polar so useless here.
Why do you insist on paint strippers? I guarantee that butane is cheaper, easier to find, and most of the time more pure. Ronson butane isn't a good bet, but there's plenty others.
