Though I haven't looked too deeply into Testing Kits, as I haven't used or have readily available pills to take. But from what little I've looked into, the EZ test kits use a color changing reagent and a color chart to indicate whichever substance the pill contains.

But I'm basically colorblind. Rather than see the standard Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Voilet.
My Reds, Oranges, and darker Yellows, are usually a mixed bag. Then lighter Yellows, and Greens. Followed by Blues, Indigos, and Voilets. I can see the color difference, but it's usually hard to distinguish which is which.

Any suggestions or recommendations for me?

I don't have much experience with colour blindness - if you can tell the difference between a purple/blue and red/green/yellow then you can still have use of the reagent testers.
Basically get a marquis and follow the rule : 'if it doesn't turn purple->black, throw it back'

I'm also colour blind red/green but find the colour changes in the EZ-test extreme fairly easy to read.

At least if you have a good pill the colour changes are very strong and recognisable.
