The strobe light diamonds fluttered briefly
and brought me back to numb surprise
But they quickly evanesced
And back to ease my soul arrived
The tide was gentle soothing
Silent acceleration
A slow form of grooving
The pain was far away
But was present
The crisp moon soft air wakened my free senses
Only to fade slowly to night and more dreams
But its intrusive awakening
Stirred passive incense and hence
The warmth received the dismal
News with strange reluctance,
and then, resistance.
Which created urgency, became time abysmal
But the warmth's soft gloating did remind
That to overcome is a state of mind
And for at least these moments
Its reminder was blemished, but fine.

i like this a lot. a very dreamy quality, and a wonderful use of vocabulary :)

"the strobe light diamonds fluttered briefly" is a great opening line, and i like "the crisp moon soft air wakened my free senses" too :)
