Opioids No opiate tolerance, advice w/ methadone + benzos

I've recently come into 10mg methadone pills and 35 1mg etizolam pills. I plan to take 1.5 mgs of etizolam and 10 mgs of methadone, I have no tolerance to opiates but have a lot of experience with etizolam and other benzos recreationally (its close enough), although it's been almost 2 weeks since i've had benzos for recreational use. I'm 5'6 135 pounds. Suggestions? Advice? Is this a bad idea? Let me know!

this is quite dangerous , and seriously not advised , if ur gonna go ahead and do it anyway , lower the dose ot etizolam , maybe .5mg even . mixing benzos and opiates is very dangerous because they are both CNS depressants , meaning if u have dosed to much ur just gonna stop breathing . im not actually sure about the potency of methadone , but im pretty sure its not very recreational . the opioid conversion chart says that 5-10mg of methadone is equivalent to 30mg oral morhpine , so id advise to take 5mg to start ... this is a bad idea .

It is a bad idea. Take them separately, not together. It is not safe to mix opioids and benzos, especially when you have no tolerance to opioids - a lot of people wind up dead that way. I would start with 5mg methadone and save the etizolam for another time.

Try a different opiate if you're not really experienced with them. Methadone isn't the greatest, but I guess it'll get the job done and give you a taste of what opiate are like. Start real low, 5-10mgs, and don't redose. Take the etizolam separately.

And yeah, methadone + benzos is an easy way to get into trouble...

I wouldn't take more than 2.5mg methadone without a tolerance, and certainly no benzodiazepines with it.

Methadone's surprisingly potent and it's long duration of action can be overwhelming to those not accustomed to it.
