Opioids No opiate affects me in ANY way

Am I an alien? The first opiate I encountered was when drinking lean and yes it was legit my friend sips sizzurp all the time and hes from Houston Texas where they do that on the reg. Anyways, I drank 4 fluid ounces with him. He gets fucked up, I dont feel anything. ANYTHING. no high no drowsiness I left him and ended up doing homework and I was pissed and confused because i was excited taking it.

About a week ago I got my hands on some vicodin and take 2 10 mg's. So I took a 20 mg dose. Nothing. I had a good amount so the next day I popped 4. Nothing. Now today, being my final time to experiment, and I still took a safe dose so as to not feel sick off the tylenol.

So today I took six 10 mg vicodins. Did not feel anything, except I started scratching like crazy, which i learned is a side effect from vicodin. but thats all i felt. what the hell is wrong with me?

Most people don't appreciate the high of opioids initially and this is especially true if you're used to different types of drugs (especially pot, psychedelics, etc.) so we've seen dozens of threads claiming the same thing you are.

The pruritus (itchiness) shows that you clearly are not actually immune from the effects, you probably just don't appreciate them and/or find them all that enjoyable. You may poorly metabolize codeine so it affects you less and 20mg isn't that high of a dose of the hydrocodone. It sounds like you have a high natural tolerance and they aren't for you if you didn't enjoy 60mg.

This is all we can say beyond baseless speculation and this doesn't really have harm reduction value so unfortunately I'm going to have to close this. If those are actually 10 mg vicodin, then they contain 660mg of acetaminophen per pill so 6 of them would be 3.96 grams of APAP per dose - the FDA limit per day is 4 grams however you shouldn't consume over 2 gram per dose. Please look in to Cold Water Extraction if you're going to try this again or find preparations with less acetaminophen (norco and generic equivalent only contain 325mg in the 10mg hydrocodone preparations).
