No more veins

I have been an IV drug user for about seven years now. It's getting harder & harder to find a good vein to use. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do to "get my veins back"? Thank you to anyone that may give me a reply!

As for your question...
Nothing that I'm aware of. I used for years with 0 damage. Thanks to microns & the like.
Props to Captain H on spreading awareness on that end, saved my veins.

Sadly after a recent 3-4 week hospital stay that's no longer the case.
I had blood drawn & phlebotomist tells me 75% of my arm veins are blown out/collapsed when I asked.
Ironic eh? Years of IV drug use no damage & it's the hospital that trashes all my veins.
