No/Low Tolerance Amphetamine (Adderall IR) Use

Hey, I know similar topics have been discussed at length, but despite searching through a good 5 different queries and going through at least 15 pages of results, I'd rather just ask and be sure that I get as clear of an answer as possible.

Anyway, I'm planning on sharing some of my adderall IR script with a friend this upcoming weekend before a concert, and I was wondering what would be a good dose for a first time. he's a pretty big guy, but has zero tolerance to stimulants of any kind as far as I know.

Also, we're probably gonna be smoking cannabis out of a new glass on glass bong throughout the day, and probably in copious amounts before the show, so we'll probably be getting really fucking faded. Are there any precautions that would need to be taken because of this? Paranoia and heartrate shouldn't be a problem with the cannabis as we've both been blazing for a while, but are there any unusual effects that come out of this combo? It'd be great to know em before the night of.

also, if anyone's been to a concert on adderall, how was it?
 
I am interested in this as well. My friend just gave me 2 18mg adderal pills and I have NEVER done speed before(I tried coke once but that was like eleven years ago).

What wold be a good dose for a person who has never tried adderal before and what effects should I expect, duration, and what are the comedowns like.

I have on hand a few hydrocodones and a bunch of 2mg xanax bars.

EDIT: I am 6' and weigh 179lbs.

Also how should I take these pills. Shold I swallow whole, crush and swallow, or rail?
 
I take 60mg's to feel a nice buzz. I crush 'em and parachute 'em.

I weigh about 200lbs, if that helps. Plus I have a little bit of tolerance, but nothing major.

That would probably be a good start.
 
First time I tried adderall I got a nice buzz off 60 milligrams, 2 of the 30s. Im 6'2" and weigh about 350. The second time I did 90 milligrams and that was just about right.
 
Just as an added note:

If you weigh less than these guys (say around under 130 lb, like me,) then you should take about 30mg IR (or parachuted) to feel fantastic for 8 hours. I do have to warn that the comedown from that may be devastating (low self-esteem, anger, sadness, dysphoria in general) without some sort of other drug. I prefer benzos on the comedown, but alcohol/weed/any other type of downer works wonders. Drink water through the experience and make sure to eat something with protein and carbs on the comedown, when waking up, or if you decide to redose.
 
Cannabis for me used to potentiate amphetamines from the point of no affects to amazing affects. For instance ingested 100mg's amphetamine 1.5 hours later, nothing. 2 hours in, smoke weed and then the amps kicked in hardcore. It was like that every time, pretty much to the point that I needed weed to get anything from the amps. Cannabis has been out of my program though now for the last 10 years.
 
I would say 60mgs should do the trick if he has no tolerance. BUT: Take that shit plenty of time before the concert or you'll be up all night unless you have benzo's for the comedown.

Also, I went to a concert on adderall and it was far more enjoyable than without! So, it's definitely worth it in my opinion..

I've never heard of 18mg addy's. You may want double check cuz it sounds like you have a concerta, which is methylphenidate, not amphetamine. Anyway, i'm 5'9 175 lbs and a 30 mg XR does me fine

I wouldn't give him more than 20mg IR right off the bat, especially if you're taking cannabis as well. You don't want a paranoid freakout- which the amphetamine can induce, as can the weed.

His weight won't matter much. Amphetamine doses are low enough that an extra 60 pounds isn't going to matter much.


EDIT: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN 18MG ADDERALL, IF THAT DOSE IS ACCURATE, THEY'RE DEFINITELY CONCERTA
 
I didn't notice they were IR, I would say 30mgs is good, definitely not 60, and yeah 18mg adderall don't exist..
 
this is tricky.

some people are hyper-sensitive to amphetamines.

a while back when i was prescribed dexedrine (dextroamphetamine), i decided to share some with a friend in a similar fashion.

my friend had tons of experience using cocaine (and cokes often cut with METH right??), so i figured itd be ok to give him 30mg. (roughly 60mg of adderall)

he wasnt so keen on the amp high, but thought he just needed more, so i gave him 15 more mg.

this lead to accute amphetamine psychosis. he was very ill for the better part of 3 days, and i felt absolutely awful, not to mention scared as hell that he might get worse.

he didnt die or even have any permanent reprecussions, but now i know better than to share my amp scrips with anyone.

whats wierd is that he only took 1/2 of my daily dose-- not even enough to get me buzzing.

damn....what exactly is involved in "accute amphetamine psychosis"? or, rather, what behavior/symptoms was your friend experiencing?
i'm just asking because i have watched and observed a lot of people in similar situations who wigged out upon taking adderall/dexadrine for the first time and i'm wondering if it was this "acute psychosis" you speak of.
 
I've always done street amphetamine (could have been methamphetamine though) rather than adderall.
First time I took around 80mg (1 gram, and street speed is meant to be 5-10% pure)
at higher doses its quite mindblowing.
intense rushes, feeling like you're vibrating, tingles, massive euphoria and your depth perception fucks up.
and if you don't redose, I find that you dont get much of a comedown either.
 
40 mg is a pretty good starting dose at my size. 130 lbs. Mild euphoria for 3-4 hours or so.

I used to go to concerts when I was like 13-14 and sniff ritalin and adderall in the bathroom. Wasn't too exciting. I think I liked the shows better sober.
 
First time i did Amphetamine I did 12 10 mg Aderall Ir's, that felt awesome, though i snorted 2, and the drip was terrible, 2 days later I did 18 of em, and i felt even more awesome, all of them orally ingested, severe insomnia was the only negative effect of the comedown besides a slight fatigue, but nothing a little pick-me-up of orange juice couldn't fix.
 
For a new user of stimulants with no experience or tolerance, i would say anywhere from 60-90mg of adderall will leave you feeling FUCKING GREAT and on top of the world, euphoric as hell, and IMO comparable to a low dose of ecstacy. When i was younger around 14-15yrs old i weighed 115lbs and was abusing the shit out of adderall and ritalin every single day..it got to the point where all i had got was negative effects and nothing positive..here i am at 22 yrs old; 7 years later and haven't touched them since....Well the other day i got a hold of adderall and took 80mg...sad to say the "magic" wasn't there like it used to be when i first started doing stimulants. i feel in a way permanently your tolerance doesn't go back down to where it normally should be and that your brain chemistry changes leaving you not able to experience the "magic" again from stimulants....dont get me wrong it was enjoyable to a degree but just was more of a dull high...so my days are over with speed.
