Coming to the end of Day 4. I think I may be sending out telepathic love vibes to ladies already ;) and I had more time today. I took myself to an AA meeting :) It was still pretty much as lame or lamer than when I left, but I am proud to have rose to the social challenge it presented!
 
I am on SSRI but it only makes it impossible to cum by wanking so I don’t spank the monkey at all. It has been about two years without masturbation for me.

I wonder what are the physical harms associated with regular masturbation? I think it is a large factor in most male cervical arthritis. Probably lots of lower back issues too from slumped posture while wacking it.

Lol, I know what you mean, bloggers like {edited} ;) Anyways, I guess today was 10 days NOFAP! I really feel a bit like doing it right now, in fact I have come to BL as a brief distraction. My spiritual teacher (unbeknownst to him) Gil Fronsdahl made a good analogy during a dharma talk which explained how if you sit in the forest for awhile, you will gradually notice life stirring around you which only stirred because you stayed still. Imho he is saying that if I stay still(my right arm that is) I will notice interesting and sublime things about myself that never would have showed themselves if I had kept furiously wacking off. Stay strong bros.
