Some good advice in here.
I've been dealing with the same issues, sometimes i wake-up feeling like i slept under a truck and its a struggle just to get up. I've found that keeping to a regular sleep schedule helps alot, and doing something 'active' as soon as you get up seems to set the mood for the day, i've had a pretty insane addiction to the internet and computer use for the last 6 years.. and i've noticed if i use it at all during the day it's game-over and i wont have any desire to do anything else, my anxiety seems to be measurable to the amount of time i spend at home.. its bizarre how quickly your social skills can fall apart when you've spent enough time on your own; which is only determined by your own lack of energy.. seems to all be tied in with each other.
