Nitrous Oxide - First Time - Happy

Swilow yo, I understand that, but I only plan on trying it a couple of times so like 5$ is better than 20$+ or whatever a cracker+a couple chargers cost. Also, what is something cool to buy that goes with whipped cream that isn't expensive. So I can go and pick up a can or two of whipped cream and a food toothpick or something or something?

You can either buy a stack of soft paper plates.. and if they ask say your making "pies" to throw in peoples faces for a party.

If you dont like that idea.. just buy a bottle of chocolate syrup and tell them your in for a fun night with some ladies.

LOL

Zzyzx man, im goinna put the nitrous for the can into a balloon next time, should i blow a little bit of air into the baloon first though? i dont really wanna pass out and die

No need cause if you pass out because of the Nitrous and/or lack of oxygen the baloon will just fly away and you'll breath air again so no danger here

Is going through the trouble to get it from the can to the balloon really worth the trouble? Will it get me higher/more efficient?

Its far more efficient, and its no trouble to do it

Just put the can in a vertical position, put the baloon on the dispenser at the top and hold in place, and gently let the nitrous fill the baloon, make sure its straight up and you let the nitrous out slowly so no cream goes in the baloon

Or do like me and get this =D

To OP:

Get a dispenser and some cream chargers. The chargers are really, really cheap - your major cash outlay that may make you feel uncomfortable is the $35-$45 dispenser. Of course they make restaurant/catering grade dispensers, but with those the sky is the limit with regard to price, and quite frankly it's not a necessary purchase.

I'm not a big fan of my metal cracker. It has the habit of breaking balloons at the tip that wraps around it very quickly. The tip on a dispenser is small and doesn't cause this problem.

I found that the intense cold that dries the rubber of the baloon and rip it, not the size of the tip.

When I buy the cheapest baloons they last for 1-2 shots before becoming a leak liability but when I get high grade ones or even silicon ones this problem is non existent

Same here with regard to the cheap balloons vs those big ones that they used to sell at circuses and such. I think the main problem is human error in this instance I'm referring to, not with regard to the coldness problem you're referring to. When one tries to load another shot after already being under the influence of a shot, then the metal cracker's tip size can be a serious threat to any balloon. The bottom of any balloon gets ripped too easily. Human error caused by impatience - but this can be reduced by using a dispenser, although the portability of a cracker makes it a must-have as well.

I had the urge for whip-its one night.. so I went to Wal-Mart and just got some Dust Off.

I know its a lil diff.. much like whip-it's meets Rush.. but it did the trick.

Reminded me from when I was 12 watching the older kids do it.

you're a dumbass, thanks for the post...

To the OP: fuck a cracker, get a dispenser...i've heard google can find things

Is the pressure from the can enough to expand a balloon?

Its totally worth it to buy a huge bulk and just one or two crackers/dispensers. Believe me...just check my avatar! After a couple of the cans i always get pissed and wished id spent my money on the chargers. And as for balloons, try and find a store that has the punch balloons with the rubber band handle attached. As far as i know, you can fit the most chargers in them (13 is the most we wanted to risk). Haha..damn thatd make me want to cry if i saw a 13 charger balloon explode:(

edit: also pertaining to the actual whipped cream dispensers..be careful opperating them at a high charger/min speed because the expanding gas causes the dispenser to frost over, and this can cause the o-rings to get worn out and not seal as well.

Yep but it works better if you stretch the balloon first and blow it up a little bit. Then release the air and fill! You want to be careful though, you need to make sure the balloon is really tight around the top of the plastic top of the can. You'll figure it out after losing a balloon or two :D

You might get two ok sized balloons out of one whipped cream container. Not really worth it but if you only want one or two to use during another trip could be a last resort before the shops close :)
