Nitrous bulbs being targeted in the US?- could it happen here

After working in franklins, the bulbs are behind a counter and you aren't supposed to sell them to anyone who looks under 16 because they can be misused.

the safeways that I usually get them at no longer has them on the shelf. I asked for em and they said they didnt stock em anymore. I did a little bit of research and found out they actually do have them, but they have been told not to sell em to people who look like they will mis use them??!!?! go figure. I think my nitrous days are numbered to tell you the truth

That's a bummer, Horsey. Wollongong is a uni town, so the local Woolies is running out regularly. If they even tried the "don't sell 'em to people who'll misuse them" thing, there'd be an uproar! (a quiet one, though

your best bet for purchasing NO@ is still chef supply places, they are more expensive but usally have large amounts of stock and don't ask questions
 
Hey all.
I posted this question on another thread but it got closed down, I think (O.K., I can't remember which thread it was on. So sue me!).
And the question is: How do I use the nitrous?
I have some of the bulbs (I bought them today), but I don't know how to use them. I am assuming that there is some sort of triggering device, but where do I get one. I asked the shop person (how very P.C.), but she said they didn't have one. As she was giving me some very weird looks (I need them for work. Honestly!), I just grabbed my bulbs and left.
Any help would be much appreciated.

use a cracker, or a dispenser. You can get these from catering supply stores. Do a search on this forum for nitrous, nangs, bulbs, whippits & see what you come up with. This has been answered before, so there'll be a shitload of info already here.
