Nitrous binge aftereffects

Hello again, this weekend I had a kind of loss of control and went on a dxm and nitrous binge. I went through like 300 chargers. I finished last night yet upon waking and at inconsistant intervals I get the familiar rininging in my ears. I am just curious if this is a familiar side effect of binges?

i have experienced this from NMDA antagonists (mxe, nitrous, dxm) before. i also experienced death at the same time though, not sure how good that is :/

at the time, i thought i was experiencing serotonin syndrome (idk why) and i started to freak out. i popped another .5mg xanax and i just accepted reality that i was dead and no longer alive. i blinked my eyes and all of the sudden my ceiling began to fold in on itself. soon, i found myself teraveeling throghout the spaces nd tmes!!!

I've heard tinnitus can be caused by n2o by having the nerves in the ear getting disrupted. I know that b-vitamin deficiency can lead to nerve problems with nitrous, so may be worth getting some supplements.

Alright thank you guys. I picked up some sub-lingual b12 vitamins and have noticed a reduction in ringing.
