Misc Nitrous B12 neuropathy

thanks for your responses guys. the symptoms have actually been a lot better the last couple of days since that post. particularly in my hands - the symptoms have totally gone and it my feet only faint tingling now.

I am still going to see my doc tomorrow and get my bloods taken. I ran 5km this evening after work and felt ok (I am currently training for a half marathon) Hopefully I have avoided something nasty but definitely going to stop nitrous for a while.
