Nitros HAND-HELD crackers, how do i make them or where to get them from cheap ?

Hey, i just went and done nitros with my mate and he had a HAND-HELD !!! cracker and i was wondering if anyone could give me detailed instructions on making one or where i can buy one cheap ?

You could ask your friend, since he got his somewhere...
You can find them online if you look.
Seedy sex-shops often have them (and nitrous) at ridiculous prices.

You can usually get 'whipped cream chargers' at a cooking specialty store...they are usually made by a company called "isi" , which I believe might be a European company.
Anyways, walk into any cooking store and say you need whipped cream chargers for to make homemade whipped cream, or say you are a professional cake baker or something.
Dept stores, Williams-Sonoma, Crate & Barrel etc should have chargers...
