nitrazepam and oxycodone 10mg sudden stop?

I've been on 10mg oxycodone hydrochloride for post op pain that never subsided for 1 yr. I have a pain management team who are crap. I can't see them till October. I have trouble sleeping and tried temazepam with no luck and then nitrazepam 10mg which I think may have overdosed me as I've been vomiting and doing things with no recollection of them.
I immediately stopped both the mogadon and the oxycodone but am feeling like shit. Sweats shivers vomiting sore everywhere. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be addicted to this shit but I guess I am. I'm only 48kg and am also on Luvox 200 mg. Need this for ocd - it basically saved my life 15 yrs ago.
Please someone wiser than me explain what's happening?

I've been through pain management as well as opiate withdrawal. I would advise you to pick up some otc medications as soon as possible for withdrawal (or ask a friend if you can't, the lethargy is intense), and perhaps ask a doctor.
