How can people - even with an enormous tolerance - even TAKE carfentanyl? Surely you'd die just from the tiny amount you;d inhale by opening the bag?

I'm guessing the dealers actually handling it wear the appropriate safety gear than bash it down until there's next to no cartfent in the mix

The problem is they don't always do it correctly, so the bags of "heroin" or pills containing this stuff end up with hotspots, and the user croaks

It appears that carfentanil is used as an active cut in fentanyl.

Who knows how mixing takes place save to say that I've never read of a large V-mixer ever being seized. So I doubt it's the way compound pharmacists are taught.
