Hey, if this doesn't make sense- sorry- I'm trying My Best.. So My Bitch "desperate dealer" tried to take me out with the Yellow unmarked, "lumpy", obviously fake-"Sandoz 40ml Oxycodone instant release tablets"- Nitazenes..Meant to have been going to My Last Concert able bodied because there won't be another One this close by until after I'm prob in a Wheelchair.. in Incredible pain but still able to walk but carefully, because I'm having more frequent loss of walking ability episodes- I can't hold myself up/ legs Goto Jelly in excruciating pain if I overuse.and My Walking sticks didn't arrive in time(next Country town over, I've missed Gigs for last 10Years in Adelaide due to not being able to travel public transports coz I always dislocate a hip/Severe Spinal Stenosis-/No friends to Go with/ take Me By Car) tomorrow and my normal OxyContin stash was stolen.. I'm high risk for Paralysis ( just found out) as well as Hypermobile Elhers Danlos and a shitload other Comorbidies. I'm on Max 32mg Suboxone a day & 100mg Oxycontin. I have a high tolerance, but cut dose down to 15mg Oxy to maximize enough to last a mth... If I was to take a pin prick at a time of this shit orally(and remember not to accidentally take more) do I have a chance at surviving/ hurrying up bleaching hair and being able to go to Gig tomoz? Thankyou if anyone sees this in time

If you're aware it contains nitazenes, please don't take any of it.
If you so plan on it, crush it up, FINELY. There are normally Hotspots (all or most of the active in one area of the pill) which are often deadly in pressed pills, and crushing it will standardize it a bit. Once it's a powder, dip the tip of your pinky in and gum it. Wait 20 minutes to an hour if you can. If you need more dip your finger in again. But don't do any of this. Toss that shit

I just want to echo this and agree with @daturetard here.

At the same time, imperative statements advising abstinence are rarely followed, and I've experienced chronic pain for ~12 years, I know how devastating it can be. I'm very familiar with the urgency and feelings of being willing to do anything just to make the pain stop, and the feeling that nobody else gets it. It fucking sucks. Assuming you're still going to play with nitazenes, you should beware of a few things:

1. You don't know if it's cut or not. Whatever pill binders/excipients it was pressed with may mean that say, the top left of the tablet contains 90% of the nitazene, and the rest of the tablet contains much less, meaning that a dose measured as only fitting on the tip of a pin may kill you from one corner of the pill and not the other. For this reason, it is highly advisable to powderize this pill, put it in a small container or tupperware and shake the absolute shit out of it. You want to try to homogenize it as evenly as possible.
2. Nitazenes have been reported as being soluble in PG, which you can find easily as 0% nicotine vape juice at a vape shop. Keep in mind, you're looking for polyproplyene glycol (PG), not polyethylene glycol (PEG). PEG may still work, but ime with benzodiazepines and other things that are notoriously tough to dissolve, PG is much more forgiving than PEG. The reason you want to dissolve the powderized pill in PG is for a thing called volumetric liquid dosing. Imagine the pill contains 20mg of an unknown nitazene (there are hundreds of different ones of varying potencies). If you put this in 100mL of PG, you could then feel confident that each milliliter only contains 200 micrograms of the active constituent of the pill. There will likely be some pill binders that don't dissolve fully, it can be cleaned up with a coffee filter or an oral syringe if you'd like.
   1. Since you don't actually know the dosage in the pill, imo the safest thing to do would be not to rush it, but to powderize the pill, dilute it in PG, filter out any dusty pill binder you may want gone, and then start with the smallest interval you can get out. If you dissolved it in 100mL of liquid, genuinely start with something like 1/8 of a milliliter, trust me. Nitazenes can come on slowly according to many user reports I've found on reddit and other forums recently, so maybe give it a couple hours until you try another dose, after 1/8 maybe try 1/4, then 3/8, then 1/2, etc. (referring to fractions of a milliliter here).

Overall, I hope you explore this safely if you choose to. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Also, please, always have somebody nearby with narcan. Do not become a casualty of an unforeseen hotspot.

I'm not sure, but I figure it may be better than nothing? With how new nitazenes are to the scene, I know little about them. My response was mostly just trying to give advice about homogenization and volumetric liquid dosing in hopes that if abstinence is ignored, perhaps those techniques could help to reduce harm.

If you do end up throwing it out, crush it and throw it in the trash with some real nasty shit. Kitty litter, dirt, coffee grounds, anything that'll mold really. Or just flush it. My main concern would be polluting the environment with such a potent chemical that an animal could bump into..

I'm guessing the 100 mg would break through the binding of bupe slightly. The 15 isn't probably doing much more than occupying peripheral receptors.

I've noted an explosion of novel compound in that class of opioids. Some are x3 morphine, one is x6000 morphine in potency.

So a general nitazene test isn't telling you which one. So you cannot make an informed choice.

Carfentanil turned up briefly in the UK, there was a cluster of deaths and it seemed to disappear. But nitazenes seem just ask risky but are apparently more accepted than those fentanyl derivatives.

Did you know Jannsen actually tested the chemical stability of all his medicines. Some needed to be boiled in caustic soda for an hour to be totally destroyed. I just read that now. Interesting thing to test...

I guess just flusing works - unless you think that at some point in the future some forensics experts will test your drains. AFAIK in the UK that sort of thing is limited to 'superlabs' since it's costly and isn't PROOF, it may merely be used as equivocal evidence.

Yes they do, but takes more attempts. I was given a pill they said was a weaker opiate and testing showed it had Nitazenes in! I found out the hard way after nearly dying and being sent to hospital in an ambulance. I took 2 tabs and was given 5 rounds of naloxone and intravenously before I came round. Do not take that shit is my recommendation - there is no safe way!
