It happens about 5 times a week sometimes multitple times a night

it usually occurs in the early AM,usually after i wake up then go back to bed .right before i fall asleep it feels like my eyes are rolling in the back of my head and i feel this buzzing that gets louder and my body almost cant move

i know that its happening ,then it usually ends with a really lound bang or a demonic aura and i will see thing crawling on the walls or ill float around the room .

ill wake up thinking someone is banging on the door, sometimes i can control it and believe or not it feels good and its almost orgasmic and i cant actually make my self have an orgasm because the dream is so real.

lol when that happens i usally make my self have sex with a girl ive wanted to have sex with for a long time

but most of the times its really evil images and i actually feel things walking on my bed

anybody know whats up?

When I get them it's usually when I'm at the beginning part of falling asleep. I may hear a noise and it scares me. I look around the room, focus on a shadow on the ceiling but it seems to change in form and shading but I think it's my eyes adjusting. This always happens when I'm lying on my back. If I roll over and sleep on my side this goes away.

It would bother me if I'm seeing evil images and feel things walking on my bed. How long has this been happening to you and have you lived there long?

its happened everywhere i have lived

i guess its sleep paralysis but ya since i was young ive felt/seen demons sometimes when i slept

its getting worse..

nothing worse then seeing a 15 foot skinny man with no face walk in your door and not being able to move or talk

I actually got sleep paralysis three times about 2 or 4 days ago or so and it is usually when my body is extremely tired or there were drastic changes in my diet/nutrition. Have you by any chance have had any type of changes with activities etc?

well i have been WDing from suboxone , and havent been eating much .and my sleeping has been messed up....

tbh though i rather find a way to keep them minimal...i enjoy them from time to time. because you can start lucid dreaming if you just embrace the paralysis or demons

Because I have been experiencing sleep paralysis for years, I have found out a way to fight it off specially when I really can't move, I will just let it be for about 10 minutes then shake myself off which has been very effective. I am not sure if this will work on others but it has worked on me so far.

This kind of phenomenon usually takes place after 4am in most people. Not really sure why.

Seems like you have some kind of lucid control over the experience, sometimes. I don't know if you believe in out of body experiences or not, but it works like this:

dream state ---> sleep paralysis (complete with demonic stuff and weird bodily sensations) ---> out of body

When you are in that middle state, don't think about getting out of your body, just think about where you want to go. I'd start small like somewhere in the same room. Or you can just wake yourself up, or return to the previous dream state like you described.

The demonic stuff is incredibly common in sleep paralysis. Most people at some point or another who've had it report seeing those things.

Hey man,

don't panic. Some people work hard to get where you are.

Use that lucid dreams, it can be a great experience! Your phantasy is the only border in your dreams so you can do what you ever wanted to do... and much more! :)

The loud bang and demonic aura and so on is called the "hypnagogic" state of consciousness. Just search for Hypnagogia on google.

Cheers!

ya last night i really worked on lucid dreaming and had paralysis about 4 times ,but then i was able to get through it and have the best lucid dreams of my life. it felt like i can control things in my dreams with a nudge of my eye, floated around started and stoped and restarted dreams

Exactly this. Drastic changes in what the body is being fed or made to do sleep pattern can cause it I think. The human body likes a good routine where when you rise/sleep. I find I'm at my best getting up about 6.30am and going to bed at half 11-12. Obviously this is subjective.

Anything like MDMA, mephedrone, or other serotonin releasing stimulants can cause this in the days after using. So can withdrawing from benzos.
