How do they work together for you? For me they work extremely well. I mean, sometimes when Im high on dope smoking a cigaret is gonna give me a rush it self.

That's normal for beginner opiate addicts who never smoked cigs. I hated cigs until I was addicted , and started smoking every day even if only a few .
When the opiates wear off though you'll gag on them

They go hand in hand for me. Always light up a cig/spliff when I know the opiates are gonna peak. There might be some pharmacological action that explains this but I'm not sure..

Nicotine potentiates opioids quite significantly. "Nicotine enhances the levels of endogenous opioid peptides derived from preproenkephalin, which would participate in the antinociceptive effects induced by nicotine, presumably by stimulating mu-opioid receptors." Ref

Smoking s cigarette after I get high just tastes so good. And I'm no longer dopesick and anxious so I relax with a smoke. Then usually end up with a burn hole in my shirt
