Yeah save your money, doctors, registered dieticians and other scientist will debunk detoxes all the time. The principles which they sell you on are junk science at best, and complete bs that can put people in serious risk at worst.
The best way to detox your body is to promote natural health. Things like drinking enough water and getting plenty of exercise can help speed the natural detox process up, but just keep in mind a lot of the ideas around detoxing in general are flawed. Focus on health rather than detox.
