Sizzurp round here in cali is just codiene syrup (purple) and sprite. Mix up as much as you need to get fucked up. Its real tasty, and a fun thing to do, if you dont do it all the freakin time lol. Most people who abuse dont know they are drinking synthetic heroin.

Codeine is a naturaly occuring opiate found in opium. It is not synthetic heroin and is nowhere as powerful as heroin.
