Next Day Nausea From Opiates

Lately I've been nauseous the next day after using opiates at night. Why is this and what can I do to make it go away once I wake up and I'm feeling green?

This is a fairly common side effect from opis, it's mostly caused by histamine release and sometimes by disrupting digestion.

I recommend just any OTC antihistamines, eg. diphenydramine, cetirizine, loratadine, promethazine, etc.

I took some promethazine last time and it worked but it made me so tired I couldn't function in my classes

Promethazine can also cause drowsiness, so maybe best to avoid it. The 2nd/3rd gen antihistamines, like loratadine and cetirizine, don't have the side effects like sleepiness, so might be worth getting them instead.

do your opiates have apap in them? try eating some ginger or taking ginger supplements, that really helps me...

Chances are you are over dosing your self a little..maybe tone it down a bit. If you are getting sick th enext morning or that night, and it's clearly not a sickness from lack k of dope, you just did too much.
