i have a little problem and need some advice... i have severe nerve damage in my right arm and ive got a script for ms contin and dilaudid for breakthrough pain.
normally my veins pop out ridiculously... however the nerve damage is making my arm more limp and i cant get any veins to be visible... its really frustrating. the only vein i can hit is the one at the other side of my elbow but i have used it twice and dont wanna touch it especially because i partially missed last night. there are tons of good veins in my left arm but my right hand is too weak to even pull the plunger back, again very frustrating.
so where is the next best place to IV, what part of my feet or legs??
