News: 'Sniffing' sensors set to be unveiled

I've been wondering when this was going to happen.

It will take a few years before they can implement it, but after it has been, I imagine drug users are going to be fucked, especially on a personal use level.

The main problem would be a wide-scale deployment at sea & air ports. Especially sea ports, if it resulted in every container receiving a reliable & thorough scan. I don't think you're going to find every person going to a rave scanned anytime soon. Then again considering how every political party is on a gentle sale towards the right these days, i could be wrong.

Im geussing people will start jamming sensitive scanners. Just put trace amounts of explosives on everything so there a loads of mistakes.
