Fuck that. That is what they wanted me to do. It's like how they push the stamps at the post office when you can't make the limit. I hate that shit on principle.

The pharmacies are already making a fortune out of the new regulations and now they are trying to push it further by on selling jelly beans and throat lollies etc.
 
you should have offered to pay them the 25c it costs to do an EFTPOS transaction (the cost of a local call)... actually scratch that... with the advent of the internet i'm not even sure that system still works the same way?
 
^ Ha ha I don't think it's a sinister plan to get you buying sweets, I think there is a reason they have a minimum, I think due to EFPOS fees or something. Was it an independent pharmacy or a big chain?

I had the same problem the other day, they were out of johnnies so i got a bag of jelly beans to get to the $10 EFTOPS minimum, but it still didn't get me there! I was forced into buying two packets of jelly beans. I don't even like them. This whole system seems to be running deeper than i originally thought.

Another question, WHERE DOES ALL THE RAIN GO? I swear that the government is storing it underground somewhere. Think about it...
 
I just got another 24 pack today and would that be the most I can purchase in one day or could I just run around to other Pharmacies and get more...

Also is their anybody that knows much about the Pharmacists database? Does it list every type of drug you have purchased in the past before???
 
^ They don't share details of codeine purchases between pharmacies in general, only if there are a few pharmacies owned by the same guy like someone mentioned before in here.

So yeah you can run around all you like mushi, that's what I do! :D

THey do share details for pseudoephedrine though, maybe prescriptions I'm not sure.
 
Any idea on whether they share between pharmacies which are both part of the same chain? So National Pharmacy etc. My gut feeling is no, but I'm not sure.
 
^ Not in my experience here in Brisbane, I or a friend have gone to say one chemist of a chain, then a few days later gone to another outlet of the same chain with no problems.

It's hard to keep track of when and where I have been, I should start a journal so as to not make an embarrassing mistake...
 
^lol, yeah i've had to resort to that in the depths of addiction:| it's time to take a step back and assess what you're doing when you reach that stage though:) but i know you're cutting down brother<3

hhmm yes keeping a journal of which chemists you've been to recently.... have to be pretty desperate to get to that stage.... *whistle nonchalantly, rolls eyes, and kicks journal out of sight* 8) ;) %) Going to be a lot more important now that they record codeine as well as all of the other S3 purchases in their systems.

haha i know, it's a crazy thought of keeping a journal. junkies and their habits...:|
 
Dude how much codeine are you doing? Even at $5 a pack that's 5 extractions worth.

It was about seven dollars at least for each pack, got six. I will definitely have to take a break. :\

Oh yeah and no one would sell me 40 packs. Fuckers.
 
That sucks :| Tolerance break time for you mr :p

I'm in the same boat, 500mg barely hits the spot anymore and going higher doesn't increase the potency, always find myself going back for more after a few days though.
