This is fucking ridiculous.
Again, the media is selling ice scare tactics. METHAMPEHTAMINE (SPEED) AND ICE ARE THE SAME DRUG PPL!
Get your goddam facts straight!

PS. LOL I can't believe Bubble is still around! I reckon the guy may have done it, but when you have a victim who has been out for 3 days straight clubbing, credibility isn't going to be her strong suit. Even more so seeing she won't even admit taking drugs... like someone is going to spike a drink with speed, ghb, marijuana and whatever else she was on! Christ!
 
er my knowledge of stims is very slim here but there are distinctions between amphetamine (speed) and methamphetamine (ice) and many more distinctions inbetween, but what you get from someone is another matter I guess

C'mon! "Speed" is d-methamphetamine. So is "crank", or "goey", or "wizz", or "base", or ice. It is all d-methamphetamine!! The only difference between "speed" and ice (besides the fact that the former is the sulphate and the latter is the hydrochloride salt) is that ice is in a crystalline form. Even smokable speed is still just d-methamphetamine. It's not amphetamine (sulfate, as in dexamphetamine sulfate AKA dexies), nor is it 4-MAR (4-methylaminorex AKA Euphoria, U4EA)
Look at the regulation of pseudoephedrine (PSE) over the years... obviously PSE was the precursor, as cooks were making their speed/meth/<insert street slang here> from the PSE in Sudafed tablets. Why? Because (1) it is piss easy to do, even with no formal chemistry training, and (2) because the precursors were so easy to get.
All the different "types" of speed are all d-methamphetamine. The only difference is the way it was made; "base" isn't methamphetamine base, it's just really crudely made methampehtamine. Ice isn't 4MAR, it's just methamphetamine in its crystalline form. And "smokable speed" is methamphetamine cut with smokable cutting agents such as MSM.

The reason confusion arrises is mainly because all these terms are slang. It worsens when you factor into account every dealer is going to want to tell you his stuff is the best... so instead of normal speed, he'll say you're getting ice ground into powder form, or some sort of bullshit like that.

There's a big thread in the forums regarding this issue...

I think that is more than likely. She is denying alot of what she did because it would make her look like a fool. The judge and jury will see past this, no doubt she fucked up and certainly was masturbating and whatnot... which is probably why the defendant touched her in the first place.

This changes nothing though, she is a fool, but he is a criminal. The reports by the hospital staff and the driver make it pretty clear what happened.
 
Yeah, it seems pretty obvious there was something suss on his behalf going on.

That said, I personally feel that 90% of drink spiking cases are BS. Dumb chicks who get too wasted or blowout or do something they regret 'omg it's not my fault my drink got spiked!!1!' I think usually it's just a massive copout. Not to say that genuine cases don't exist, but I think they're few and far between.
 
Ive seen people start masturbating infront of people after taking to much G a couple of times. I dunno what happened maybe he probably did touch her inapropriately

But fuck this stupid bitch for claiming drink spiking.
 
My opinion:

Chick goes out for a night on town with ice/G, overdoes the G and blows out, gets on ambulance, goes a little nutty on ambulance and starts acting hypersexual, ambo perceives this as her cracking onto him and gets into it a little, chick in her state doesn't stop him. She comes down in the hospital, he asks her if she wants to catch up again, she refuses now she's sober, pins it down on 'drink spiking' and accuses the ambo of raping her while she was out of it.

In which case, both of them are somewhat in the wrong here, but I'm not sure where it leaves them legally.
 
The guy could be innocent.
I've seen the effects of amphetamine psychosis first hand.... here is an example of how it can fuck with your head >

After a long day on stims, a friend of mine went really quiet and introverted for a couple of hours and then went home without saying much at all. I found out the next day that she thought i yelled at her and told her she was worthless, and a bunch of other really nasty stuff. Simply didnt happen! We were out with 6 other friends the whole time and they all know, and tried to tell her, it didnt happen! But even now, months later she still believes it happened.

So, this woman may totally believe this ambo had done something inappropriate, when it really didnt happen.

Remember, It takes a special kind of person to be an ambo. They help people, not hurt them.

But....

If he did do it he should be fucken shot.:X

Crankinit as an aussie chick who goes out and has crazy fun WITHOUT sleeping around, being ultra trashy or a 'dumb chick' i'm really offended by what you said.

Drink spiking is a real fucking problem and it happens TOO often. It's happened to me, and many of my friends. Without doubt.

Throwing around accusations like that is only damaging to the attempt to change attitudes and actually get something done about the problem.
 
I agree with crankinit. Pretty much every girl without a doubt I have ever met who goes out 'clubbing' claim to have had their drink spiked, this is about 600 girls who swear on their lives someone put 'G' in their drink. When you ask further into it it's so painfully clear that they just didn't know their limits, made a fool of themselves and shift blame to some mysterious drink spiker. One of those massively overdone stories in the media.

Logic makes it even more weak:

You get a drink from the bar, you hold it and you drink it. You don't really even put it down and if you do you are always next to it.

Secondly, ladies if you drink 12 beers and start throwing up, your drink wasn't spiked, Edited unnecessary remark
