NEWS : 5.6.09 - Drug test blitz

I am aware they test for mdma, amps and weed but Im pretty sure its a saliva test which is much more forgiving for weed at least I know. A friend did one less than 12 hours after smoking at his work and came up negative.

Does anyone know if other amphetamine like stimulants such as dex or ritalin trigger a positive test for amphet with the copper swab tests? And when is a blood test administered, if at all? What about opiates? Ive never seen any literature about roadside opiate testing.
 
she did smoke meth that day. but thats not the problem here thou. SHE wasn't at fault at all :(..

But testing up positive is going to ruin her claims for the car and possibly cost her her P's too.

Stupid piggies and hospitals.

I reckon its violation of human rights for testing our blood for drugs Without concent!

i've said this before on BL i think but i'll say it again in here....

my dealer got tested saliva swabbed at about 3 pm. he'd already smoked over 3 grams of bud that day, had a bong right before getting in the car and was tested about 20 minutes later. hadn't eaten anything that day at all, and had only had a mother well few hours before.

cop comes back and tells him he's good to go, completely negative.
i've heard of people putting a product in their mouth striaght before the test. it's for like mouth surgery and stuff like that to completely dry out your mouth. no saliva, can't produce sample, can't be tested so they get let off. apparantly a truckie trick, but not sure if it would actually hold water, i'd imagine they'd just blood test ya and jerk you around for a while....


with this new practice in place, how many people are going to get in accidents and not seek medical help because they have drugs in their system or their passenger's....i'd imagine a lot aren't going to seek help, and i remember a doctor saying in the media a while ago thats exactly why they dont do this....
 
Maybe u shouldnt be a douche and drive under the influence... Would much rather cops do rbt and dts instead of setting up defect stations

They don't have a choice. The Police make you get a blood test if someone has to attend hospital as a result of an accident.
 
in all honesty, i think these testers are extremely non acurate, next thing we know they are setting up blood test stations.
hey, im well aware if im driving under the influence of any substance i run the risk of losing my license and much more.
but sometimes it just happens

I know that currently there is alot of legal pills containing (DMAA) being re-pressed into pills with commonly known press's. I don't know exactly which pills at the moment, this is definately happening in Melb, but I assume it's probably happening across the country. It's fucked basically...

I would like to know what pills you had consumed though.

Lately on pill reports there has been an increase in people thinking they have had DXM but the reports haven't sounded quite right to me though, but never consuming DXM myself I can't really argue against it.
It is my belief though that at least some of these pills that people are assuming DXM are simply legal and shitty DMAA.

for real.. these are the cops that they are unleashing (en masse) to fight the public.

Its us against them 101 in recruit school.... Your either a cop or a membe rof the public, and we are scum in their eyes!
 
My mate is at the police academy atm and says all the guys on recruits are a bunch of weiners who know one likes... A few of them have been kicked out of the academy already... Remember the blonde chick covered in tats? She was kicked out for being a drunk slut at the pub

actually very true, dmaa i rule out being in common street pills when i really shouldnt, i had it many of times in legal pills and yes i can see the similarities to dxm and dmaa,
does anyone know if dmaa has any reaction to reagent testers?? id assume as its mainly in legal highs its bound to have some reaction.
 
It sux that innocent people are being tested without provocation...particularly if they are a passenger or their drug use and driving is separated in time so their judgement isn't impaired.

I have no sympathy for people who take drugs/drink then drive and get caught. Whatever people may think, judgement is impaired under the influence. It is quite a selfish act to put yourself on the road in control of a car when wasted. The effects on MDMA and driving makes for interesting reading:

I'd just like to add that there is an extreme difference between DXM and 1,3-DMAA. Just about the only subjective similarity is that they'll both make you sweat. 1,3-DMAA is a stimulant, found in a heap of pre-workout and weightloss supplements (and more and more legal party pills after piperazines were banned in NZ) whereas DXM is a deleriant/dissociative hallucinogen, cough suppressant, and acts on serotonin (hence particularly dangerous when combined with MDXX & anti-depressants) and NMDA receptor agonist.

While DMAA is known to be in at least a few legal high pills, DXM has also popped up in quite a few pills over the years, the most recent commonly known ones being white doves earlier this year in VIC/NSW from memory? Correct me if I'm wrong? :)
 
Can u fool a road side drug test

Does anybody know if there is a way to fool a road side drug test will a food or drink fool it to give a negative reading
 
Doubt it. Dont drug and drive that will save u from alot of trouble. I disrespect people who drive while intoxicated by booze or drugs. Thats a different story if u have used it few days ago and comes up positive which i think is personally unfair. We should step up against that and somehow find a solution to it. Just because a drug hasa very long half life and still in ur blood stream doesnt mean ur intoxicatedor impaired.
 
fukin hate the roadside tester pricks which think they can treat ya like shit
just tonight i got pulled up nd had my car searched, luckily nothing was there. and i passed both tests which is good cause i hadnt had anything, well mdma last night :P
 
I was going to say something, but Sustanon already did.

I would also like to know how to "fool" one though, because I am freaked out about a positive several days later, absolutely freaked out. And the false positive stuff that came out in the media a couple of weeks ago is even scarier.
