Anyway, obviously this never came into effect due to cost and other factors.

By far most people who I have encountered who are violent or seen whom are violent have been drunk.

Ive got one particular "friend" who is a total wanker with violent tendancies on alcohol, and on LSD, and on speed, and weed and MDMA, actually he is the same when straight........moral of the story is some people shouldnt touch ANY drugs as they often increase the negative aspects of their personality
