I've currently going through SSRI withdrawals myself, serotonin discontinue syndrome. Basically what happens when you use serotonin releasers for a prolonged period of time like anti-depressants and psychedelics then stop abruptly.

Talking with friends, finding positives in everything and not dwelling on my mediocre complications help ease my depression.

Mind if I ask what you're withdrawing from?
